These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and 456ph ("456ph", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://456ph.vip (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating a 456ph account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound in full by this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

456ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 456ph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or the registered contact information associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

Use of the 456ph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as users;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously had a 456ph account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of this Agreement;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 456ph or any of its affiliated game providers.

456ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Such documentation may include a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth ID), a selfie for biometric comparison, and proof of address where applicable. Withdrawal of funds shall not be processed until identity verification (KYC) is satisfactorily completed.

To access the wagering and gaming features of the 456ph Platform, you must register a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated throughout the duration of your account.

One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 456ph account. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity, for any purpose — including circumventing limits, promotion abuse, or evading a suspension — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 456ph may void all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings, and permanently close all implicated accounts without prior notice.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 456ph will never ask for your password via chat, email, SMS, or telephone. You agree to:

• Immediately notify 456ph support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services;
• Log out of the Platform whenever accessing from a shared or public device;
• Never share your OTP (one-time password) with any third party, including individuals claiming to be 456ph support staff.

456ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on the 456ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 456ph does not impose currency conversion fees on PHP deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits. The minimum deposit at 456ph is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Deposit processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. 456ph does not guarantee deposit processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to the payment provider or your financial institution.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment accounts that match the verified identity of the 456ph account holder. 456ph reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Target processing times for GCash and Maya withdrawals are 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions; bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes during business hours.

Anti-Money Laundering. 456ph is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. 456ph may request documentation of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of its AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a hold on withdrawals pending further review.

By placing a wager on the 456ph Platform — whether on a slot, live dealer table game, sports event, bingo room, crash game, or fishing game — you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Wagers are final upon confirmation. Once accepted and confirmed by the 456ph system, bets and wagers are binding. No cancellation, modification, or refund shall be permitted except as expressly provided in these Terms or where a verifiable technical fault attributable solely to 456ph occurs.
• Maximum bet limits apply. Each game on the 456ph Platform carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed within the game interface before each wager is placed. 456ph may amend bet limits without prior notice.

• Sports betting settlement. Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. 456ph's decision on sports bet settlement, following the applicable sportsbook rules, is final. Live in-play bets accepted after the outcome is determined are void.

456ph does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed from the Platform at any time, including at the request of game providers or as a result of regulatory requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs to obtain an unfair advantage — any such winnings are void and must be returned;
• Colluding with other players, whether on the 456ph Platform or through external communications, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or bonus abuse intended to circumvent the spirit of any promotional offer;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund your account;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering through the Platform;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other information provided to 456ph;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any 456ph software.

From time to time, 456ph may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer on the Platform. General principles applicable to all 456ph promotional offers include:

• Bonuses are credited to the promotional wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be transferred to the withdrawable balance;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds may only be used on the games specified in the individual promotion's terms;
• 456ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;

By registering a 456ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineering any software or technology used on the Platform;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on another website.

Any use of 456ph's intellectual property beyond the scope of this licence requires prior written authorisation from 456ph.

The 456ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 456ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 456ph makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose of the content on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 456ph's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 456ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

456ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Losses resulting from gambling activity undertaken on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, telecommunications failures, or connectivity issues beyond 456ph's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by Philippine law.

Termination by You. You may close your 456ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Suspension or Termination by 456ph. 456ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• 456ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Applicable law or PAGCOR regulations require account closure;
• You have self-excluded from the Platform;
• Your account has been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, 456ph may retain any balance in the account as compensation for loss and damage, subject to applicable PAGCOR requirements.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 456ph's customer support team to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. 456ph will endeavour to resolve customer complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Formal Disputes. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PAGCOR Oversight. Where a dispute relates to alleged non-compliance with PAGCOR's operational standards, the matter may also be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with its regulatory procedures. 456ph cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all regulatory matters.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 456ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Waiver. A failure or delay by 456ph to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of 456ph's right to enforce that provision in the future.

Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicence your rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of 456ph. 456ph may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate or successor entity without notice to you.
